Smiley Face Graffiti May Be Clue to Drowning Mysteries

The deaths of hundreds of young men from all across the country have been labeled as “accidental drownings.” Now, veteran NYPD detective Kevin Gannon says their deaths may be the work of multiple killers. He says all of them are linked by one chilling clue: graffiti of a smiley face nearby. “This is a well-structured, organized group,” Gannon says. The theory is laid out in the new Oxygen docu-series “Smiley Face Killers: The Hunt for Justice.”

  1. I have a degree in creative writing from a top university, but still have no significant credits yet. How should I go about getting published in a reputable magazine or web site for the first time? Is self-publishing the way to go? I have short stories that are done, but I am not sure where to send them. I know I need an agent, but trying to get one without ever being published just isn’t going to happen. Any suggestions?.

  2. There are “real” people everywhere doing great topics.look around
you; angels are everywhere! But that didn’t help me because my teacher
thought I was trying some thing smart. So, how to put all of the into prospect?
